My pledge to Georgia Voters is to decide all cases which come before me on
the basis of the facts, the Constitution and the law. I make no pledge or
promise other than the faithful and impartial performance of the duties of
the office that I seek. Therefore, the following are merely my general views
on the matters addressed and should not be taken or construed as a commitment
with respect to any issue that may come before the Supreme Court of Georgia.
